What is Alamat?

Alamat products are precisely machined, hand-finished tabletop gaming accessories. Each piece is designed by adventurers, for adventurers.

Where and how are Alamat products made?

Each Alamat piece is proudly designed and made in the Philippines.

We value craftsmanship, and are committed to providing premium products that will please even the most discerning adventurer.

Our design principles are at the core of our work. Each product is designed to exact specifications, after having undergone a rigorous prototyping process.

We personally selected all materials that went into production—from the raw wood, down to the rare earth magnets. We then worked with local craftsmen to perfect every detail through a precise machining process.

Each item is carefully hand-finished with love and screened for quality before being packed and shipped.

Are you working on new products?

Orders

How do I order?

  1. Choose your product.
  2. Choose your preferred wood.
  3. Choose your preferred lining.
  4. Click add to cart.
  5. Enter your information.
  6. Choose shipping method.
  7. Choose payment option.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an order confirmation via email or SMS. We’ll also update you as soon as your Alamat order is packed and ready to be shipped.

Can I still change my order?

We will not be able to make any changes to your order 2 days prior to your scheduled shipping date.

Can I customize my Alamat piece?

Not yet, but we are working to make this possible for our next batch of production!

I would like to order Alamat products for my entire party! Can I place a wholesale or group order?

Definitely! For orders of more than 5 items, please shoot us an email at info@alamatgaming.com.

Payment and Shipping

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment via BPI, BDO, and GCash. Payment details will be shown upon checkout.

What are the shipping options?

We ship nationwide via LBC. Shipping fees will depend on the total weight of your order.

If you are within Metro Manila and would like to arrange your own courier service like Lalamove or Grab, please choose the "Customer to book own courier" option. We will notify you once your order is ready for delivery. Note that we will still follow our shipping schedule of Tuesdays and Fridays.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship orders twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays.

If you order on our shipping days, your order will be sent on the following shipping day.

Please be patient, as shipping may take up to 7 working days depending on your location. Rest assured we strive to get your Alamat piece out as soon as it’s ready!

If your order has not arrived after 7 days, please reach out to us at sales@alamatgaming.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but it’s definitely on the table! Please send us a message if you’re interested.

Product Care

How do I care for my Alamat products?

When not in use, store your Alamat piece in a cool, dark place.

All of our products are made from genuine hardwood and lined with genuine suede leather, and can last a lifetime if cared for properly.

Keep your Alamat products dry, as moisture can easily warp wood or damage suede.

You may also oil the case, or apply a leather conditioner to the lining, as needed.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

Alamat is committed to providing premium products for your tabletop adventure.

No two Alamat products will look the same, as they are made from genuine hardwood. Each piece is carefully assessed to meet our standards, and are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for seven days from the day of shipment.
